Upgrading to FTTP is not always as simple as it seems.
If any of the key infrastructure to facilitate the Fibre installation is missing or damage, it can cause lengthy delays in getting your new service installed. Although the NBN technicians can sometimes work around damaged or missing infrastructure, there are a number of limitations enforced by NBN that can result in your installation being delayed until the limiting factors have been overcome.
